Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. You'll move through a series of poses that are synchronized with your breath, creating a flowing, dynamic practice that will leave you feeling energized and invigorated.
Sculpt yoga classes combine vinyasa flow yoga components with strength training. Classes use equipment and body weight to strengthen and sculpt. Classes are upbeat, fun, and challenging. Leave feeling confident, resilient, and sweaty!
Yin yoga classes target the connective tissue of the body through passive, longer held poses. You're able to slow down in this gentle practice and focus inner awareness to your body sensations, breath, and thoughts. Leave feeling grounded and nurtured. A great compliment to the vinyasa yoga practice.
Restorative yoga classes are designed to help you find the pause, relax, and restore your body and mind. You'll move through a series of gentle, supported poses, which are held longer than yin poses. Restorative yoga will help you release tension, find deep relaxation, and reset your parasympathetic nervous system.
Recommend minimum of 90 minutes.
Kids yoga classes are tailored for specific age groups with age appropriate yoga poses, mindfulness, breath, and activities/games, making for a fun and interactive introduction to the yoga practice. Classes can also be tailored for family yoga or set up as a series.
A 30 minute age appropriate class.
A 60 minute age appropriate class.
Meditation is undoubtably essential for our well being. Research shows meditation provides physical, mental, and emotional benefits. We can improve our sleep, immune function, mental acuity, mental health, self esteem and acceptance, and connection to others to name a few. Meditation also opens us to the beauty of awareness and conscious living, and invites us into our true nature.
As there are various techniques to approach meditation, an offering will be personalized and include various components to aid concentration and experience the present moment or oneness. We'll discuss your goals and tailor an experience unique to you and/or your group!
