Welcome to the Inner Light Retreat, a weekend yoga and wellness retreat over the Summer Solstice, a time to reconnect to your inner light and reawaken your unique ‘wild’ spirit, inspired by the free-spirited nature of horses. An immersive experience focused on liberating the body, mind, and spirit through yoga, meditation, horse interaction, sound and energy healing, Tarot, and more, encouraging you to brightly shine your most authentic self!

Our retreat will be set against the peaceful backdrop of a working farm, Stepping Stones Farm and Retreat Center. Owner, Boo, has operated the farm for over 50 years and her lively, warm, and welcoming personality squeezes you like the best hug. I cannot wait for you to meet her - she loves to say hello to her guests at check in day.

Your Weekend Includes: 

• 2 night accommodation at a New Hampshire working farm, operating as a retreat center since 1975! 
• All Meals. Plus, experience a special dinner Saturday night hosted by a private chef, and Bed and Breakfast owner, Pam, at her historic, renovated hunting lodge. She'll exclusively host us with views of her beautiful chef’s kitchen as we dine and celebrate in her great room, accompanied by the fireplace! 
• Welcome Gift 
• Daily Yoga: Daily gentle and invigorating yoga flow (all levels), designed to restore balance and vitality.
• Yin and Yoga Nidra with Reiki: Unwind with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep relaxation (also known as Yogic Sleep), helping you release tension and find inner peace. Optional Reiki. 
• Floating Pool Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath to calm your nervous system and promote deep relaxation all while floating in the pool! THIS is something I cannot wait to share*weather dependent 
• Meet the Minis: an official meet, greet, and lead with the miniature horses, and enjoy the 'art' of brushing them. 
• Essential Oil Activity
• Exclusive Yoga Studio in the Barn
• Full property access - nature trails, swimming pool, adorable horses, mini horses, and chickens!
• Free time to fulfill your heart's most desires - relax, read, journal, swim, walk the trails, visit Ben's Sugar Shack, or Connolly Brother's Dairy Farm (homemade ice cream, need I say more?!)

Optional Add On Experiences

• Wisdom Horse Program (2 hours): A unique equine experimental education program for personal growth and wellness. During this program you will not be riding the horses, but rather, working with them and a Wisdom Horse trained facilitator. This program is an additional $138 add on. *Please note that this program requires a minimum of 6 participants to run and a maximum of 12 participants. If the program does not meet minimum participants, your add on program cost will be deducted from your final payment. If you are interested in this program, please purchase your add on here as well as your deposit below to hold your spot on the retreat. Your prompt add on purchase ensures the program can kick off! 
• Massage: limited massages are available on a first come, first serve basis.
• Tarot Readings: 15 or 30 minutes available
